Details : Raksha Gol must be fired by the player on himself. Before getting released this astra creates a circular safety ring around the player who has fired it. When this astra strikes the safety ring it releases a circular energy wave which is capable of causing damage to the opponent. But if this astra strikes anything but the safety ring, no energy wave is released. Instead, safety ring contracts and its energy harms the player who has fired Raksha Gol.
