not able to play

i have downloaded & extracted the files. it asked my for my messenger username & password. after having entered correctly it throws up the error of invalid username & password.
please help!
also, i am not clear as to why is the access to my messenger required. I have registered on this site, even that has not helped m to login

Hi Bhavin,
There is no need of account on site for playing Tankaar. All you need is messenger account (like GTalk, Jabber account).
If it doesn't work there can be two possible reasons :
- One can be your internet sever does not allow port 5222 for connecting to GTalk, in this case there is a provision for using port 443.Have a look at FAQ for this

Question : I can not login into Tankaar using default GMail settings. What should I do?
- If it still does not work then there is some proxy setting required, you need to know whether your server requires proxy setting. You can check it from the server admin. If you can somehow disable them Tankaar will run.
