Details : Garud is a Sanskrit word meaning Eagle. As an eagle always searches for its pray downwards and it has no fear to be attacked by anyone from upwards it never looks upwards. This astra is of eagle concept which means that if the opponent target lies below the astra when it passes over, it drops a bomb onto the target opponent. It is a kind of sure-shot weapon if fired properly. Garud Astra follows a projectile motion and can also collide with the waterfall other than land, self and opponent. One more thing is if this weapon goes into the sky off-screen, it never comes back. So care should be taken while firing this astra. When the bomb explodes over the opponent it moves the opponent down to the ground and grants 50 points.
